Return Policy for Grove Games

At Grove Games, customer satisfaction is important to us. We understand that sometimes a purchase may not go as expected, and we aim to address concerns fairly and efficiently. Please review our return policy below, which applies to both in-store and online purchases.

Return Eligibility

  • All returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Approval is at the sole discretion of Grove Games management.

  • For online orders, customers must contact us within 48 hours of the item being marked as delivered to be eligible for return consideration.

  • For in-store purchases, customers must contact us within 48 hours of the purchase date to request a return.

  • Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:

  • Digital codes or downloadable content

  • Trading cards (individual or booster packs)

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling

Return Process

  1. To initiate a return, contact us at Contact@Grovegames.net with your order number, proof of purchase, and a clear description of the issue.

  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

  3. If your return is approved, instructions for return shipping or in-store drop-off will be provided.

  4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or in error.

Refunds & Store Credit

  • If a return is approved, refunds may be issued as store credit or to the original payment method, depending on the situation.

  • Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
