At Grove Games, customer satisfaction is important to us. We understand that sometimes a purchase may not go as expected, and we aim to address concerns fairly and efficiently. Please review our return policy below, which applies to both in-store and online purchases.
Return Eligibility

All returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Approval is at the sole discretion of Grove Games management.

For online orders, customers must contact us within 48 hours of the item being marked as delivered to be eligible for return consideration.

For in-store purchases, customers must contact us within 48 hours of the purchase date to request a return.
 - 
Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition and packaging.
 
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:

Digital codes or downloadable content

Trading cards (individual or booster packs)
 - 
Clearance or final sale items
 - 
Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling
 
Return Process

To initiate a return, contact us at Contact@Grovegames.net with your order number, proof of purchase, and a clear description of the issue.

Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

If your return is approved, instructions for return shipping or in-store drop-off will be provided.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or in error.
 
Refunds & Store Credit

If a return is approved, refunds may be issued as store credit or to the original payment method, depending on the situation.

Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
